We understand that everyone has been affected by the Coronavirus situation and that school/church/organization/ event closures and cancellations are out of your control. Because of this, we have enacted a temporary policy change effective immediately that will allow you more flexibility if you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming event.

In the event of a Coronavirus issue (Covid-19), the lessee may reschedule the date of the rental to any day that the rental equipment is available excluding holidays.  Please note certain stipulations are required: Game Craze must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the day of DELIVERY by verbal phone call. If you are calling after hours, please leave a message. If cancelling or postponing, any money that has posted to a customers account will be issued a credit that never expires for the amount you had paid. Upon cancelling, you do not need to give us a future event date.

In our 11 years of business, our company has always prided itself in being an industry leader in regards to quality, safety and cleanliness. In response to this situation we have ramped up our already exceptional cleaning practices for ALL of our equipment. Our goal, in this time and always, is to ensure clean, safe and sanitary equipment for our customers and their guests.
